It has been pointed out that keeping track of the environment in green houses and vinyl plastic hothouses through monitoring is important for realizing further improvement of the efficiency of agriculture to enhance the yield of high-quality crops.
In environmental monitoring, each sensor node measures various data such as moisture, carbon dioxide, light, temperature, humidity, and constituents of the soil and then transfers the data to a server. The farmer can browse the data accumulated on the server in real time with a terminal such as a smartphone. In this way, the farmer can monitor the measured constituents through a wireless sensor network to determine the optimum amount and conditions.
