TAIYO YUDEN’s EDLCs exhibit a small rate of change in their electrostatic capacitance and internal resistance. Additionally, the aging variation of the discharge time is small.

High temperature load characteristics of Lithium Ion Capacitors (LITHOSION™)

TAIYO YUDEN's Lithosion Capacitors are power storage elements that can be used at a higher voltage than electric double-layer capacitors. The product has a small rate of change in their electrostatic capacitance and internal resistance.
